Bravo has the technical support staff professionals ready to give you the information you need when you need it. Easy to follow installation instructions are included with all Bravo products. We constantly work with industry and regulatory personnel in anticipating and alleviating installation and maintenance problems before they occur.

Bravo offers installer training and certification at their corporate facility. Depending on your needs, the program can be modified to accommodate sales, installation or maintenance personnel. We can train and certify one person or your entire staff.

The Bravo Online Certification Program requires you to download and read several Installation Instruction guidebooks from our Certification Page and also download and complete the Certification Test. Candidates with unacceptable scores will be counseled on the questions wrong and what the correct answers are. Candidates with acceptable scores will still be counseled on any wrong questions but will have their certification cards generated and shipped to their address after the payment has been recieved by S. Bravo Systems, Inc. Home Office.

Certification Card processing is $20 per individual which covers S&H and administrative costs.

Optimum Customer Service

The finest customer service is definitely a priority at S. Bravo Systems. The company once received a letter from a customer located in the California high desert area (approximately 120 miles from Bravo's headquarters) whose installer had over tightened a shear valve's impact nut, causing the valve to shear off. It was late Friday afternoon and the customer's supplier could not locate another shear valve that late in the day. The customer telephoned Bravo and was informed that the valve was in stock and arrangements were made for him to meet someone from Bravo at a location approximately half-way for both of them. To the customer's astonishment, the replacement shear valve was hand delivered to him by none other than Sergio Bravo! The customer was amazed by such a display of customer service that goes above and beyond the norm. To Sergio, it was simply the right thing to do. Period.

Bravo's concern and interest in their products does not end at the loading dock. If you have a question regarding the installation or maintenance of any Bravo product, give their tech support team a call. Bravo offers free consultation on such matters and it is not uncommon for Sergio Bravo or one of the engineers to go on-site to assure the proper installation of a product or an entire system. The majority of Bravo product installations are performed without the need for extra tech input, but when the need occurs, Bravo is there for you! And, at no cost.

Bravo uses factory and third party testing for its secondary containment equipment, assuring the end user of a trouble-free, leak-free product. The Bravo Box steel dispenser containment system is the first in the industry to be UL listed.
